Webmaster Notices:  

  • Inspection Period 2009:  The Warren County 2009 Property Assessment Roll (date as of January 1) will be open for inspection from May 11, through May 26, 2009.  You will see our ad in the Daily News and the Daily News Express, Sunday, May 10th.  See Details.  

  • Listing Period 2009:  January 1st through February 28th is the period for listing your real estate assessment for State, County, City and School taxes for the year 2009.  You will see our ad in the Daily News and the Daily News Express, Sunday, January 4th.  

  • Homestead (and Disability) Exemption Allowance has been increased to $33,700 for years 2009 and 2010 per KRS 132.810 (2)(e).  (The allowance was previously $31,400 for years 2007 and 2008.)
